Integrative Energy Medicine Practitioner, Author
I practice Integrative Energy Medicine — mind-body approaches that work directly with the nervous system to release stuck patterns and restore balance, rather than simply managing symptoms.Over 15+ years of clinical practice, including at Canyon Ranch and in private practice, I've trained across acupuncture, NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique), Craniosacral Therapy, Psych-K, Access Bars, Bach Flower Remedies, and the Silva Method. Each modality offers a different doorway into the same territory: helping the nervous system move out of reactivity and back into safety, ease, and self-regulation.My clinical work is grounded in a PhD in Pharmacognosy with a focus on Medical Ethnobotany and a Master's in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I currently offer in-person NAET and mind-body integration sessions at Grace Natural Medicine in Oro Valley, as well as providing remote sessions.Alongside my clinical work, I write about holistic health, spirituality, and mind-body medicine, and I'm the author of four self-published novels blending women's fiction and magical realism — a reflection of the same belief that runs through all of my work: that the human spirit has an ever-present capacity for healing, clarity, and transformation.
Whether through direct work or storytelling, the focus is the same: meaningful, lasting transformation.
